Florence has a long and glorious cycling tradition. The “Italian Steel Bike” project was born, developed and located at Filofficina headquarter, in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio.

In this place, at the same time workshop and showroom, italian steel racing bikes are restored, equipped and setted up from A to Z.

Lorenzo will be very happy to meet you there to help you with your racing bike or to show you the ones for sale or those in process.

CHI e DOVE

Firenze ha una lunga e gloriosa tradizione ciclistica. Il progetto “Italian Steel Bike” nasce, si articola ed ha sede presso Filofficina, nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze a pochi passi da Ponte Vecchio.

Nel laboratorio/showroom vengono restaurate, allestite e preparate tutte le bici da corsa d’acciaio made in Italy dalla A alla Z.

Lorenzo sarà ben lieto di avervi ospite per potervi aiutare con la vostra bici da corsa o per mostrarvi le bici in vendita o in lavorazione.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments in EURO (€) only, with the following method:

Paypal ( +6% ).
Bank transfer before shipment.
Cash at the pickup at our store.

Prices are to be considered VAT included.

PACKAGING

We take care of the bicycle in every detail and we care that our work reaches the customer without problems for the maximum satisfaction of us and ours. Each package is prepared with the utmost attention with professional material and with special precautions aimed at safeguarding every single part.

Handling time 1/3 working days.

SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

Shipments are made by Poste Italiane or international couriers with tracking code and insurance on the full value of the goods. Shipping time is of 5 working days within the European Union, 9 working days for the rest of the world.

The price is:

100 euros for the European Union
150 euros for the rest of the world

On explicit request of the customer it is possible to use specific couriers of his choice. We are NOT responsible for any delays due to customs controls, adverse weather conditions or logistics issues of the courier.

LEGAL INFORMATIONS

The return of the items is not allowed unless otherwise agreed [between the parts] before sale and payment. The bikes for sale and the components are checked and in perfect conditions of use and functionality. However, since they are not brand-new objects but used items, no legal guarantee is provided.

The aesthetic conditions of bikes and components are illustrated in the most comprehensive way through photos and descriptions of each individual component. The solution of any problems and complaints is our priority in achieving the highest possible quality.

Le spedizioni sono affidate a Poste Italiane ed a corrieri internazionali con codice di tracciatura e assicurazione sull’intero valore della merce. Tempo di consegna 5 giorni lavorativi per Unione Europea, 9 giorni lavorativi resto del mondo.

Il costo è di:

150 euro per il resto del mondo

Su esplicita richiesta del cliente è possibile usare Corrieri specifici di sua fiducia. NON si risponde di eventuali ritardi dovuti a permanenza in dogana, condizioni meteo avverse o ritardi logistici del corriere.
