Terms of sales

We accept payments in EURO (€) only, with the following method:

• Paypal 
• Bank transfer before shipment.
• Cash at the pickup at our store.
• Via link by Sumup

Prices are to be considered VAT included.

The return of the items is not allowed unless otherwise agreed [between the parts] before sale and payment. The bikes for sale and the components are checked and in perfect conditions of use and functionality. However, since they are not brand-new objects but used items, no legal guarantee is provided.

The aesthetic conditions of bikes and components are illustrated in the most comprehensive way through photos and descriptions of each individual component. The solution of any problems and complaints is our priority in achieving the highest possible quality.

We take care of the bicycle in every detail and we care that our work reaches the customer without problems for the maximum satisfaction of us and ours. Each package is prepared with the utmost attention with professional material and with special precautions aimed at safeguarding every single part.

Handling time 1/3 working days.

Shipments are made by Poste Italiane or international couriers with tracking code and insurance on the full value of the goods. Shipping time is of 5 working days within the European Union, 9 working days for the rest of the world.

The price is:

• 100€ for the European Union
• 150€ for the rest of the world

On explicit request of the customer it is possible to use specific couriers of his choice. We are NOT responsible for any delays due to customs controls, adverse weather conditions or logistics issues of the courier.
